I have been training with Lee for around five years. When I started, I had a shoulder injury and Lee tailored my workouts to accommodate/strengthen this. He also identified things in my posture of which I was unaware, and had been doing for many years, which didn’t help matters. Over time, under his guidance my posture, health and fitness have greatly improved.

Lee is so knowledgeable when it comes to any type of injury, and always has a solution of how best to fix it.
He pushes you just enough, so you work really hard, but not to scare you off so you never want to train again!

I have given up smoking, taken up running, and lost four stone in weight.
I know without Lee’s help and encouragement I would not have achieved these things.

I really do feel like a different person.

Personal Training & Strength & Conditioning

I have been doing personal training with Lee for 7 years.
Since covid and a move to Yorkshire last September, it's all been online. With just a few weights, bands, BOSU, step and bench in a bedroom. You don't need a massive space or lots of kit. We live remotely and would waste so much time getting to a gym, so it works really well.
Lee keeps me strong and makes me do things I simply would never do by myself. It keeps me motivated to stay fit, active and have a healthy lifestyle.
We rehabilitate injuries as they arise and vary the intensity of the sessions according to how I feel on the day.

My main sports are ski touring, hiking and cycling and doing the personal training helps with all of these.

Lee is very particular about how the exercises are done and even though it's online he corrects my posture so it's always right.

He keeps it interesting by varying what we do and challenges me to improve incrementally.
