I like the way he prepares for my sessions and how adaptable he is to the sudden changes on my schedules. During these years I suffered serious illnesses: a fracture wrist, pneumonia, asthma, y many minor ailments. Lee has been able to design ,very quickly , specific excercises which made my rehabilitation much faster. He is STRICT!! And yet gentle, and friendly.. I have been training with Lee for a number of years and one of the things I most value is how my personalised fitness programme has evolved during that time to meet a number of different changes in my lifestyle. His unfailing support and encouragement is the biggest motivation to keep working on my fitness goals.
Working online with Lee during the pandemic was a great innovation. We have kept the option of mixing Zoom sessions with home visits (as Lee offers a mobile service) and this flexibility means I can keep up regular exercise wherever I'm based.
Another recent big benefit has been tailored exercise and soft tissue massage to help me look after my own health in my role as a carer. Lee's advice on how I should move to prevent injury, and including specific exercises for strength and mobility in key areas, has been invaluable.

I have been training with Lee for over 5 years now and can’t believe how far we have come. The first couple of years were extremely painful but Lee seems to be able to tell exactly how far he can push each of his clients to achieve the maximum benefit without needing to be carried out of the gym!
Over this time Lee has managed every aspect of becoming more healthy and maximising fitness. He has covered weight, diet, fitness, strength and stamina and I am now fitter than when I left school and weigh 20KG less than I did 2 years ago. When I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder; Lee worked in conjunction with my physiotherapist on my rehab. As a runner, cyclist and swimmer who works outside in a manual role, I was very keen to progress and heal quickly. Lee's rehab exercises got me on track to recovery and back up and running in 18 months. I know frozen shoulders can take up 5 years to heal; so, I was very happy with the outcome. Following on from the rehab; I now have a base comprehensive training programme put together by Lee; which has been updated/adjusted/refreshed several times. I also have sports massage monthly to stay strong and flexible; and to check and remedy any weak areas. The massage is great value for money - I leave the sessions with strengthening exercises and a lot more knowledge about how bodies work.

I have been a client of Lee’s for around 8 years, working with him continuously during that time with a couple of sessions each week. His support and guidance has had a really positive impact on my fitness and goals, and he works hard to make each session stretching and varied.
Lee’s expertise has helped me with overall conditioning, and fitness and has helped me with some of my personal goals – in the last three years I have completed four marathons which is something I never expected I would do. I managed to complete the London marathon in 2021 in under four hours which was a big personal goal.
Lee works hard to meet each client’s needs. My sessions are always challenging and varied, but take account of my own personal needs, goals and priorities. He is friendly and also offers flexibility as far as possible to work around my commitments.
