Service Description

A small group booking (6 minimum) for 1 hour S&C session at a location of your choice. This could be at your home, in your garden, local green space (park) or sports club. Please wear appropriate attire you feel comfortable training in. You may want to bring a water bottle and a towel. All kit required for an effective training session will be provided but if you have any kit at the location of the session then please inform Lee of what is available to use. Also let Lee know of the approx. space available for the session and parking at the location. This option is for a minimum of 6 people participating within the same sport who want to train specifically to improve performance, movement efficiency and reducing injury risk. HOW TO PAY You can pay before or after the session via cash, card or BACs.
