Strength & Conditioning – 2:2:1 Session

Service Description
1 hour 2:2:1 S&C session at Oakfeilds personal training. Please wear appropriate attire you feel comfortable training in and clean footwear. You may want to bring a water bottle and a towel. There are lockers for valuables and shower facilities for after the session if required. Please park in 1 of the 3 spaces designated for Oakfields PT to the left of the entrance gates. This option is for 2 people with similar athletic goals who want to train specifically for the same sport, improving performance, movement efficiency and reducing injury risk whilst making it fun and affordable HOW TO PAY: Payment can be made via cash, card or BACs, before or after an individual session/appointment. If you are paying for a block of sessions/appointments, then please pay for these prior to starting your first session. An invoice will be sent to you via email with details of how to pay by BACs (preferred). Alternatively, you may pay by cash.
