Service Description
1 hour 2-2-1 personal training session at a location of your choice. This could be at your home, garden or local green space (park). Please wear appropriate attire you feel comfortable training in. You may want to also bring a water bottle and a towel. All kit required for an effective training session will be provided but if you have any kit at the location of the session then please inform Lee of what is available to use. Also let Lee know of the approx. space available for the session and parking at the location. This option is for 2 people with similar goals who want to train, push, challenge and enjoy a personal training session together making it more fun and affordable. HOW TO PAY: Payment can be made via cash, card or BACs, before or after an individual session/appointment. If you are paying for a block of sessions/appointments, then please pay for these prior to starting your first session. An invoice will be sent to you via email with details of how to pay by BACs (preferred). Alternatively, you may pay by cash.
